Set Up White-Label Branding
White-label branding replaces Searchlight branding with your own across reports and the dashboard chrome. It's available on the Enterprise plan and takes about 5 minutes to set up.
Open White-Label settings
Click your avatar in the top-right and select 'White Label' from the dropdown. The shortcut only appears for Enterprise subscribers.
Configure your branding

Upload your logos
Upload a light-mode logo and a dark-mode logo (PNG or SVG, transparent background recommended). Both are used across reports depending on the viewer's theme.

Set your brand colors
Pick a primary, accent and heading color. Use HEX values — Searchlight converts them to HSL internally for proper light/dark theming.
Tip: Colors must meet AA contrast against white and dark backgrounds. The preview panel flags any combinations that fail. - 3
Add company details
Set your company name, support email, and support URL. These appear in the report footer and replace the default Searchlight contact info.

Hide 'Powered by'
Toggle 'Hide powered by Searchlight' to fully white-label every report. Enterprise plans only.
Pro tip: Use a `report_title` like 'AI Visibility Report by [Your Agency]' — it appears as the H1 on every printable PDF report.
